Will you post brackets prior to the tournament?

No, due to late registrations and changes, brackets will not be built until tournament time.

Will you have a women’s division this year?

Yes. Women’s weight divisions will be 135lbs & below and 136lbs & above. Belts will be grouped White/Blue and Purple/Brown/Black. In cases where there are not enough women to complete a bracket we will create an absolute bracket and have all women compete in a Round Robin. This has proven to be very successful in past year and provides every women competitor with several matches.

I need to make changes to my personal info (weight, name, belt color and etc). How can I do that?

All you need to do is log into Eventbrite using the password you choose when you first signed up. Log in and make your changes.

Will there be any absolute divisions this year?

What we do with the absolute divisions is that we add as many competitors as we need to have either a 4, 8 or 16 man bracket.

In the No-Gi division, do I have to wear a rash guard or can I go shirtless?

You must wear a rash guard; either with the color of your belt or all black.

Can I weigh-in on Friday or at another location?

No, we are no longer holding weigh-ins on Fridays or at other locations.

When and where do I need to weigh-in?

**If you are competing Gi or Gi + No-Gi you must weigh-in Saturday morning.
**If you are competing No-Gi ONLY you must weigh-in Sunday morning ONLY.

Does my child have to weigh-in?

No, kids aged 4 – 12 years of age are no longer required to weigh-in. Kids will compete Round Robin and be placed in brackets according to their age, skill level, and size the morning of competition.

Can we register the day of the competition before competing?

Sometimes you might be able to do that, but it is not guaranteed! We must have a spot available without jeopardizing the bracket. You will be charged $150 dollars at the door each day that you wish to compete.
